We offer editing, publishing, and support services for aspiring authors. Our packages include editorial support, formatting, cover design, and publishing assistance. We also provide book collaboration opportunities, solo book publishing options, and optional marketing add-ons.

Note: Our offerings are digital services and publishing deliverables. We do not ship physical products ourselves. If authors choose to purchase printed books, those are fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon KDP.

Refund Policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit applies to all solo book publishing packages (Flex Publishing Package). Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. If requested within that window, the author may receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the $500 deposit. After 72 hours, all sales are final, and the package is non-transferrable. All collaboration book purchases are final and non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Most services begin within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Collaboration book timelines are shared during onboarding.
Solo book timelines depend on project scope, formatting, and any optional add-ons.
We do not deliver physical products unless explicitly stated. If printed books are ordered, they are shipped directly by Amazon KDP.

Return Policy

As our services are digital and customized, returns are not applicable. If there is a concern with deliverables, please contact us and we’ll work with you to address it.

Cancellation Policy

Authors may cancel a Flex Publishing Package within 72 hours for a partial refund, as noted in our Refund Policy. After 72 hours, all purchases are final and non-cancellable.

Legal or Export Restrictions

We do not offer services that violate U.S. export laws or that publish content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination. Services are available worldwide unless restricted by law.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and take it seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone. Any details you provide are used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you as needed.
